DVMISSION has brought together a variety of filmmakers over the last eighteen years to share their creative vision. Moreover, it has offered a place to challenge the audience with unique thoughts and voices. We have realised the production of literally hundreds of creative and ambitious films thanks to your support and engagement.

This year, DVMISSION is again teaming up with film stock and camera experts Camera Crate as official partners for 2024. We know this collaboration will push the DVMISSION 48-hour film challenge to a new horizon.
Camera Crate
Camera Crate brings back life to film cameras in Portsmouth. Their mission is to provide filmmakers worldwide with the best secondhand cameras. Camera Crate has been around for a few years and their passion is to give a second chance to pure cinema. For instance, Camera Crate accumulated a range of accessible film stock cameras for filmmakers online. To summarise, this range ranges from super 8mm cine cameras to high-end Bolex Paillard H16 16mm film cameras. You can find all of it on their website.
